IF THE CONTRACTOR DOESN’T COMPLY THEN THE CUSTOMER CAN FORCE A CLAIM AGAINST THE BOND AND RECOVER DAMAGES. INSURANCE IS ANOTHER FORM OF SECURITY FOR ACCIDENTS OUT OF YOUR CONTROL.
